Regional Conference on Prison Reform by the Human Rights Commission of Malaysia (SUHAKAM)

During  29-30 November 202, a representative of the Foreign Affairs Sub-division attended the Regional Conference on Prison Reform by the Human Rights Commission of Malaysia (SUHAKAM) held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia by teleconference. The main focus point is reforming the incarceration system and physically changing the prison environment under the Nelson Mandela Rules. .
