On July 11, 2024, at 1 P.M., Mr. Sahakarn Petchnarin, Director-General of the Department of Corrections, arrived at Songkhla Correctional Institution for Drug-addicts to preside over the correctional institution’s “Ruam Jai Phak Rak Sing Wad Lom” project (Save the Environment – United Loyalty to the King Project) own implementation campaign. After that, Mr. Sahakarn led teams of leaders, officers, and inmates of the correctional institution to collect waste in the area of Bo-it Beach, Songkhla Province, performing public work.
Later, at 2 P.M., Mr. Sahakarn started the correctional institution inspection on its overall facilities and operation, and also delivered an encouraging speech to the prison officers, he was warmly welcomed by Mr. Sompon Charnnarong, Directors of Songkhla Correctional Institution for Drug-addicts, and the institution officers.
