On April 28, 2023, Mr. Narong Juisuey, Deputy Director-General of Department of Corrections (Operation) visited Car Wash Training Center (Tha It Car Care) and prisoner-made product exhibition building to be the chairman of the opening ceremony. Welcomed by Mrs. Pinmanee Pruekmahachaikul, the Director of Uttaradit Provincial Prison, who also officiated the ceremony. The DDG, along with the Director, then participated in a discussion on prisoner rehabilitation and social reintegration procedure with supporting partnership networks.
