On May 15, 2024, at Khao Prik Agriculture Industrial Institution in Nakhon Ratchasima, Mr. Srettha Thavisin, the Prime Minister, presided over the launch of the “Ruam Jai Phak Rak Sing Wad Lom” project (Save the Environment – United Loyalty to the King Project), an environmental campaign, together with Police Colonel Tawee Sodsong, the Minister of Justice, Police General Phatcharavat Wongsuwan, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Natural Resources and Environment, and Captain Thammanat Prompow, the Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives. Over 2,000 participants, including government executives, civil servants, officials, inmates, people on probation, juveniles, and citizens, attended the event.
The schedule of the event included Mr. Srettha, Police Colonel Tawee, Police General Phatcharavat and Captain Thammanat, delivering speeches to the participants, transferring the “Green Justice” policy and the purposes of the event, awarding certificates to 10 individuals who successfully completed the Khok Nong Na Model training program, choir performance from Khao Prik Agriculture Industrial Institution, Klong Phai Central Prison, Central Correctional Institution for Young Offenders and Nakhon Ratchasima Women Correctional Institution and kicking off the project, with inmates, people on probation, and juveniles carried the sprouts and moved to the planting area at the Khao Prik Agriculture Industrial Institution, followed by government executives, civil servants, officials, and citizens, together with online participants joining from other 75 provinces.
To further honor His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua on this auspicious occasion, Yellow Star, the Flowers of His Majesty, were planted at the event by Mr. Srettha, Police Colonel Tawee, and the Ministers.
