On June 6, 2024, at 9 A.M., at the conference room of Department of Corrections Headquarters, Mr. Sahakarn Petchnarin, the Director General of the DOC, Mr. Sittikorn Direksoonthorn, Director of the Board and President of Thai Credit Guarantee Corporation (TCG), Mr. Nattapon Pisitwanich, member of the Board of Directors of Nabha Foundation, the royal initiative under HRH Princess Bajrakitiyabha Narendira Debyavati, and Ms. Charulak Ruangsuwan, Secretary General of the National Savings Fund, arrived to sign the memorandum of understanding (MOU) of “TCG Sang Cheewit Mai” (Relife) CSR Campaign. The ceremony were attended by DOC HQ officers and leaders, along with correctional facilities officers and directors. After the the signing ceremony, The Best Agent of NSF award were given to several prison directors for their outstanding works and there were multiple product exhibition booths from the prison leavers and partner organizations displayed throughout the ceremony area.
This Campaign is a collaboration of the DOC, TCG, Nabha Foundation, and the NSF, it is introduced as vocational training program for inmates to be released, offering education materials focusing on personal and business finance together with other stable job skills, with purpose to instruct the prison leavers on finding proper occupations and stabilizing their income and business, as well as savings, under the fund of the NSF.
