The U.S. Embassy in Bangkok donated books and magazines at Department of Corrections on 21st January 2022 with the purpose to provide entertainment for foreign inmates. Books are kindly categorised into genres, such as magazines, self-help books, fictions, non-fictions, biography etc. The activity has shown a good collaboration between two organisations. Also, such activity is a cooperation between the Rehabilitation Division and the Penology Division (Foreign Affairs sub-division) to help with further books allocation to prisons. The main representatives in this event, shown in the photo, are Director of Rehabilitation Division, Director of Academic Support sub-division and Director of Foreign Affairs sub-division.
